Caregiver Services
Our companions are special people. All are compassionate, caring and are fully aware of the special needs of the elderly and the physically challenged. They receive ongoing training and are carefully instructed on the support and special requirements of each individual and family. Once placed with a client, each caregiver is oriented with regard to client health history, interests and hobbies, as well as dietary needs and preferences. Before receiving their case assignments, each member of our highly skilled team of companions is comprehensively background-checked, bonded and insured, and then monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest quality care and companionship. They are thoroughly informed on the special challenges presented by your particular circumstance, and will work closely with you so that your evolving needs are expertly addressed. Some of the services we offer are:
- Caring companionship with various activities of daily living
- Household management
- Meal Planning and preparation
- Shopping, running errands, and incidental transportation including medical appointments
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with bill paying and mail sorting
- Monitoring assistance for safety while bathing, walking transfers
- Light housekeeping and gardening
- Information and referral/coordination of services
- Planning visits, outings, and trips
- Respite care
- Assistance with pets
- Sitter services for clients at homes, nursing facilities, hospitals and hotels
- All service are non-medical at this time
Client Coordination Services:
- Client coordination with MD's
- Community referral sources
- Available to assist families with long-term planning
- Supervision and support of all caregivers
- Licensed Counselor available to help families cope
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia expert available to assist with assessments and on-going care
Respite Care:
It is often difficult in today's fast paced world to juggle family, work and caring for an elderly or physically challenged loved one. We often put our own needs on the back burner as we tend to the needs of others. This unfortunately, can adversely affect our emotional as well as our physical well-being. Therefore, when in need of respite from care giving, Triangle At Home Care can provide the support and practical assistance necessary to allow your loved one to live in the comfort of their own home amongst familiar surroundings. As your loved one maintains a life of independence and dignity you can attend to your own responsibilities with peace of mind. Likewise, by sharing the care-giving burden with Triangle At Home Care, the time spent with your loved one can be quality time.
All care givers are bonded, insured and receive on-going
training from Triangle At Home Care.
