Triangle At Home Care (TAHC) is committed to providing personalized, in-home assisted living and home health care to seniors, the physically challenged, and their families living in Wake County and surrounding areas, including Apex, Cary, Morrisville and Raleigh, NC. Our goal is to help older adults, at risk elders and the physically challenged live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We acknowledge and respect the different backgrounds of all of our clients.

TAHC provides seniors the opportunity to live confidently and independently in their home with the assistance of professional caregivers: Our staff includes a Licensed Counselor, Senior Advisor and Companion Aides, who are supervised and managed by our experienced Senior Adult educator and Client Coordinator staff. We provide ongoing training to all of our Caregivers.

Our personalized companion care services are customized to each client and family. TAHC provides assistance with activities of daily living, household management, respite care, elder care, hospice support, and Alzheimer’s and Dementia care with a health care and wellness focus. We also offer senior consultation services and fall prevention education to our families and clients by our Expert Senior Trainer and Senior Advisor.
